The Laughlin Constable redesign aimed to position the agency for more new business while also attracting nationwide talent. To do so, we created an interactive web experience that enticed the user to explore everything this independent agency had to offer.

PROJECT GOAL

With Customer Experience and Business Experience needing to overlap more than ever, Laughlin Constable (LC) needed a website experience that would position them smack dab in the middle of it all.

Through ideation of the user journey for Laughlin.com the need to create an experience that would drive business and be inclusive to both our audiences became more and more prominent.

Our goal to help visualize the all-in nature of LCs inclusiveness drove design choices site-wide; from personable content, user-controlled type animations, and full-page color changes specific to each of their client's brands. Every element helped showcase their vision to focus on both the customer and business experience.

Just as LC preaches to its clients about the constant need to iterate on user data, feedback, and insights their new site is no different. By adopting a true agency agile approach the redesign aims to enhance its experience for years to come.
